Affiliate marketing does require some capital to invest, but more important is to have the patience as your profits will not start right away. Work is needed to promote your affiliate product. It does not really matter what product you want to promote - affiliate e-book, hosting services or an any other recurring revenue products, as long as you keep building your marketing ground, you will see the results. I have been there and I have done some wrong things, but we learn from our mistakes, we find a new ways to learn and succeed.

How can you stay motivated?

1. Research the best options - to promote your affiliate product you can use so many tools available online. Web site marketing is the best way to go, but also there are some alternatives, such us off line marketing. Imagine how many people are looking to make money online and there are good sources to use - newspaper advertising is one of the methods.

2. Stay active - be aggressive to achieve your results. Write down a 7 day plan and goals to complete each day. Try to see what works well and what is the failure. This way it will be easy to change your strategy and use other techniques to promote your business.

3. Be an inspiration for others - when you want to recruit new affiliates for the program you're working, it is important to be a leader. Make people follow you as an example. tell them what works for you and show earnings you have made from the affiliate marketing. You will eventually find a new leader and this will inspire you and your team to work even harder for the better results.

Remember - marketing is like an art and you can improve each day. Some companies will claim they are have the best products and services, but be smart to read other customer reviews on the forums and blogs. Some people already had an experience with them. Also please remember to read the "terms" that your affiliate company has, how often do they pay and what methods do they use: direct deposit, Paypal, etc. Minimum payout should be around $50.
